Sprouted green beans salad

Sprouts is an amazing addition to your diet as it packed with micronutrients such as vitamin and minerals. Adding it to your salad would be one of the methods to make your salad into a super salad.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of hot water
  2. 1 cup of sprouted green beans 
  3. ½ tsp of Tumeric 
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. A pinch of black pepper 
  6. 1 tsp of lemon juice 
  7. 1 tbsp of grounded chia seeds

Method

  1. Add the Sprouted green beans in hot water and blanch it for 2  minutes.Drain it and add the rest of the ingredients.
  2.  Serve it warm or at cold salad. 
  3. Serve it warm and enjoy !
