- 2 cups of pumpkin cubed with skin
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 2 tbsp of Goji berry/ wolfberry ( add it just before serving)
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds/ chis seeds
1)Steam the pumpkin for 10 minutes.
2)Blend with almond milk and rest of the ingredients.
