Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pumpkin cubed with skin
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 2 tbsp of Goji berry/ wolfberry ( add it just before serving)
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds/ chis seeds

Method

1)Steam the pumpkin for 10 minutes.

2)Blend with almond milk and rest of the ingredients.

3)Serve warm.
