Oats Milk

Oats are an excellent source for soluble and insoluble fibre. Having oats in the morning can makes you feel full longer and keep your glucose level balanced in the blood system .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Rolled oats
  • 4 cups of cold mineral water
  • 2-3 dates
  • A pinch of salt ( optional)
  • A pinch cinnamon ( optional)

Method

  1. Soak the oats with the cold water for 10 minutes or even you can skip this soaking process
  2. Add the dates, salt and cinnamon in the blender
  3. Blend it for less than 15 seconds
  4. Strain it with Muslin cloth / siever
  5. Store in the bottle for up to 2 days in the fridge.
