Ingredients

1 cup of cauliflower

1/2 cup of red capsicum

1 stick chopped celery

1 cup sliced wood ear fungus

2 inch chopped ginger

3 drops of braggs amino 

Method

1.Put the Ginger and the Wood Ear Fungus in a pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes without oil but only 3 tbsp of water, on low fire.

2.Add the Braggs Amino.

3.Add all the other ingredients and continue stir-frying in water for another 2 minutes.

4. Ready to be served
