- 2 cups boiled Tapioca cut into cubes
- 3 green fresh chillies
- 1/4 cup of coconut water
- 1 tsp of white vinegar
- A pinch of salt (optional)
1.Cut the Tapioca into cubes and cool it .
2.The chillies , coconut water and vinegar will be crushed with stone pestle and mortar.
3. Heat it for 2-3 minutes and add it on top of the cold tapioca or eat is as a dipper.
