Granny's Tapioca with Green Chillies

Tapioca is used by Malaysian in many dishes. This dish made by granny who lived in a Malay Kampung. It is a simple and easy dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled Tapioca cut into cubes
  • 3 green fresh chillies
  • 1/4 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tsp of white vinegar
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Method

1.Cut the Tapioca into cubes and cool it .

2.The chillies , coconut water and vinegar will be crushed with stone pestle and mortar.

3. Heat it for 2-3 minutes and add it on top of the cold tapioca or eat is as a dipper.
