Ingredients

  •  2 cups Organic Rolled oats
  •  1  cup Organic millet flakes
  •  1  cup of Gojiberry  
  •  ½ cup of pitted dates ( Soft)
  •  ½ cup of blackcurrant
  •  ½ cup  walnut 
  •  ½ cup white sesame
  •  ½ cup black sesame
  • 2 tsp of salt 
  • 2 Tbsp superfood mix

Method

  1. Add all the above ingredients in a food processor and mix it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add a little coconut oi/ dates syrup  if it’s too dry.
  3. Make it in any shape you want  and enjoy it.
