2 cups of cubed pumpkin with skin
2 cups Fern
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp of ginger paste
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of tumeric
a pinch of black pepper
1.Steam the pumpkin with the skin for 7-10 minutes
2. Add 1 tbsp of water with ginger garlic paste, stir fry it for 1 minute
3. Add the turmeric and black pepper and lastly add the fern and stir fry it for 2 more minutes and ass the steamed pumpkin.
4. Switch off the stove , add the coconut milk and mix well and and serve with rice .
