The Immune Booster Glass Noodles

This healthy twirling reflecting transparent glass noodles can fortify your immunity greater with the addition of nutritious mushroom and crunchy capsicum. The noodles is made out of sweet potato which is high in antioxidants. Addition of grounded brown flaxseeds and sesame seeds increase the flavour of the food and its health benefits.

Ingredients

 

  • 1  cup precooked glass noodles 
  • 1 cup shredded Red,  green and yellow capsicum 
  • 1 cup chopped Mixed Mushroom
  • 1/2  cup chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped Garlic 
  • 1 tbsp of Bragg’s Liquid Amino
  • 1 tsp of crushed Black Pepper 
  • 2 tbsp of water 
  • 1 tbsp of Sesame seeds 
  • 1 tbsp grounded Flax seeds 
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil (optional) 

Method

  1. In a wok add water, sesame oil and garlic,  Saute it till you get fragrant of the garlic. 
  2. Add the precooked glass noodles and saute it for 1 minute.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook till its cooked. 
  4. Add the shredded capsicum and saute it for 1 minute.
  5. Add the Liquid amino and pepper 
  6. Switch off the fire and add the spring onion and mix it with the noodles. 
  7. Serve it warm with some grounded Flaxseeds and Sesame seeds.
