Ruha September 1, 2020 Recipe Prep Time 10 mins Cooking Time 0 mins Servings Size 4 Ingredients 1 cup of Almond ( Overnight soaking needed) 4 cups of Mineral water 2-3 Dates A pinch of salt ( optional) Method Soak the almonds overnight or soak it for 8 hours Discard the water Add 4 cups water Add the salt and the dates ( Remove the seeds) Blend it with the water for 1 minute Strain it with a Muslin cloth / siever Store it in the bottle and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days
